One hour meditation and mindfulness based mentor session, virtually or in person. Can be booked at either location provided. This session purpose is to introduce  you to meditation and Mindfulness and the best practices for you,based on your individual needs while supporting you through your current life circumstances.

Meditation & Mindfulness Session/Class

One hour mentorship/coaching session, virtually or in person.  An intuitive coaching session to help guide you through life circumstances, learning where you may be stuck in life, planning and working towards achieving goals. These sessions will be client centred, based on your individual needs. /you can request Reiki and Sound healing in this session.

Mentor/Coaching Session

Meditation and Mindfulness Group Session, can be done virtually or in person at an agreed upon location. These sessions include discussions around Mindfulness and Meditation. If you are interested in a Meditation and Mindfulness Course, please contact Tanya directly.

Group Meditation

Half an hour session for older individuals that require less time and pressure.
